Configure and query the log and configuration of PVT log in flash
Steps:
1.
Enable PVT log function.
2.
Disable PVT log function.
3.
Get PVT log function.
Usage:

Write (<action> = 0, 1, 2):
or AT+GNSSPVTL=<action>
Response: +GNSSPVTL,<action>,OK
or +GNSSPVTL,<error code>
Purpose: Disable / Enable / Erase PVT log.

Write (<action> = 3):

Purpose: Configure the record mode for recording PVT log.
