VOICE CALL

1.
Lift the handset.
2.
Dial the desired station number.
3.
Press the Voice Call key.
4.
Speak to called party.
■A Voice Call may be programmed on a One- Touch
Speed Calling key by pressing the One-Touch Speed
Calling key, dialing the extension, and pressing the
Transfer key. (The LCD will display "V" after the number.)
■A voice call is restricted if called party's station is not a
terminal. Display indicates as "VOICE REST":
■The Voice Call key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
■"VOICE" is displayed as the soft key of Voice Call feature.
TO ANSWER A VOICE CALL
HANDS-FREE
1.
Receive an incoming Voice Call.
2.
Press the MIC soft key or the Mic key.
3.
Respond the call with hands-free.
If privacy is required, lift the handset.
AUTOMATIC INTERCOM
To Initiate
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key.
2.
Press the AICM key.
3.
Hear a ringback tone.
To Answer
1.
The AICM key flashes red indicating an incoming
intercom call.
2.
Press the AICM key, lift the handset or press the
Speaker key. LED lights solid green.
When the called station is engaged with a non-intercom call,
the called station user presses the AICM key to answer the
incoming call after placing the non-intercom caller on hold
(with the Hold key).
To Bridge into an Automatic Intercom Call
Bridging is an optional feature.
1.
Press the AICM key, lift the handset or press the
Speaker key.
2.
A three-party conference is established.
