CALL REDIRECT

Example:
Station A views on the terminal display the Station Number or
Caller ID of an Incoming Call and immediately redirects the call
by pressing a Function Key. The destination of the Call Redirect
will be the Call Forwarding-Don't Answer Destination or the
Recall Destination if the call is transferred without Call
Forwarding-Don't Answer being set at the station.
■This feature is available in North America only.
■The Call Redirect key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
■"REDIR" is displayed as the soft key of Call Redirect
feature.
Call Redirect to Call Forward - Don't
Answer Destination
1.
Station A sets Call Forward-Don't Answer to
Station B.
2.
Station C dials Station A, it rings and displays
Station C's number on the display.
3.
Station A presses the Call Redirect Key.
4.
REDIRECT is displayed on the LCD, and the call
immediately forwards to Station B.
Call Redirect to Recall Destination When
Call Is Transferred Without Call Forwarding
- Don't Answer Being Set
1.
Station B calls Station C.
2.
Station C answers the call and transfers it to
Station A and then releases the call.
3.
Station A rings.
4.
Station A presses the Call Redirect key.
5.
REDIRECTING is displayed on Station A and the
call immediately recalls to Station C.
