TO SAVE AND REPEAT A
NUMBER
■The Save and Repeat key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
■"S&R" is displayed as the soft key of Save and Repeat
feature.
To Save
1.
Press the Speaker key.
2.
Dial the desired telephone number.
3.
Press the Save and Repeat key. Dialed the
number is now stored. The Save and Repeat key's
LED lights.
1.
Receive an internal call.
2.
Press the Save and Repeat key. The number is
stored in memory. The Save and Repeat key's
LED lights.
To Verify
1.
While an idle state, press the Save and Repeat
key.
2.
The display indicates the digits sorted.
To Repeat
1.
Press the Speaker key.
2.
Press the Save and Repeat key. The terminal
automatically redials the programmed number.
3.
The Save and Repeat automatically canceled.
LED goes out.
If the saved number is busy or no answer is received, to save
it again, press the S&R key again before hanging up.

TO LEAVE A MESSAGE

The Message reminder key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key. For details, please contact the system
administrator.
1.
Press the Speaker key. Receive a dial tone.
2.
Dial the desired station number. Encounter no
answer or busy condition.
3.
Press the Message Remainder key. The message
is sent to the called terminal.
4.
The called station Message Remainder LED lights.
■Up to four messages can be stored per a station. If a fifth
message is attempted, a reorder tone is heard and the
display indicates as "MESSAGE BUSY".
■If a station is not equipped to receive messages, a reorder
tone is heard and the display indicates as "MESSAGE
REST".
