TO SWITCH A CALL WITH
TRANSFER KEY
1.
While engaged in a call and wishing to consult a
third party, press the Transfer key. The original
caller is automatically placed on hold.
2.
Dial the desired party to consult.
3.
Press the Transfer key to return to the original
caller. The third party is automatically placed on
hold.
4.
By repeating these steps, it is possible to
alternate between calls. The display indicates the
connected station or trunk at any given time.

CONFERENCE

1.
With a call in progress, press the Transfer key
and dial the desired number.
2.
After the call is answered, press the Three-way
Calling key. Three-way conference is established.
3.
If one party hang up, other two remain connected.
■The Three-way Calling key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
■"CONF" is displayed as the soft key of Three-way Calling
feature.
TO ANSWER A CAMPED - ON
CALL
1.
While engaged in a call, receive the camp-on
indication (one short tone burst). LED of the
Answer key flashes.
2.
Press the Answer key. The call in progress is
placed on hold.
3.
The connection to camped-on call is established.
4.
Press the Answer key to return to the original call.
The camped-on call is placed on hold.
5.
By repeating these steps, it is possible to
alternate between calls. The display indicates the
connected station or trunk at any given time.
