Sanding with sandpaper: vibrations generated a
vibrations can be used for comparison with other power tools. That level of vibration generated is representative
of the most common uses of angle grinder. If grinding is used for other activities, working with other instruments
or if not maintained as prescribed, the level of generated vibrations can be changed.
15. Preparing for the job.
15.1. Installation of protective equipment.
Before carrying out any activities grinders unplug the plug from the feed network.
15.1.1. Guard (5).
Place the guard (5) of the uptake step of grinding. Adjust the position of the guard (5) according to a specific
activity carried out. Place the guard (5) so as to prevent sparks scatter at work.
15.1.2. Auxiliary handle (5).
Use your angle grinder fitted with only auxiliary handle (5). Curl handle as (5) depending on the mode of
operation of the machine left or right of the head.
15.2. Mounting of grinding tools.
Before carrying out any activities grinders unplug the plug from the feed network.
In operation for grinding discs and cutting heat strongly not touch them before they cool.
Clean the shaft and all the details that will mount. When tightening and releasing the button press working tools
(3) to block shaft grinders.
Press the button for locking the shaft only when it is stationary. Otherwise, the grinding may be damaged.
15.3. Disc for sanding or cutting.

adapters or reducing units. When mounting the diamond blades careful arrow indicating their direction of
rotation to coincide with the direction of rotation of grinding (see arrow on the grinding head). For locking
a disc grinder or cutting curl locking nut (8) and tighten with the special key. After mounting of abrasive disc
before turning angle grinder, make sure that the disk is installed properly and can rotate freely. Make sure that
the abrasive disk is not touching the guard or other details of the grinding machine.
15.4. Bell disc or wire brush.
Used cupped wire brush or disc must be able to winding shaft grinding machine so that it touches the flange
firmly to the shaft at the end of the thread. Tighten cupped disk or wire brush with a spanner.
WARNING: Prior to assembly and adjustment always pull out the power plug from the mains socket.
Adjusting the wheel guard
WARNING:TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY:Do not used the tool without the wheel guard properly installed
1,loosen the wheel guard bolt
2,rotate the wheel guard as you needed shield during your planned work.
3,tighten the wheel guard bolt securely
4,check the wheel guard it is firmly in place,adjust if neccery before proceeding.
Intalling the side handle
WARNING:TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY:Do not used the tool with one handle only or without side
handle properly installed
1,the side handle may be installed on either side of gearcase.
2,screw the threaded end of the side handle into the selected position.tighten securely before working.
