Sets the velocity

The positioning velocity is set in parts per thousand (‰) of the maximum velocity.
In the system, however, the velocity is only divided into 62 increments. It is therefore
possible that the set velocity does not correspond exactly to the read velocity (see REPORT
VELOCITY)

REPORT VELOCITY

Queries the current positioning velocity.

The positioning velocity is returned in parts per thousand (‰) of the maximum velocity.
The velocity is actually subdivided into a total of 62 increments. One velocity increment
corresponds to approx. 16.2 ‰.
