Terminating characters

The following terminating characters are accepted:
<CR> (carriage return) or
<CR><LF> (carriage return, line feed)

Leading zeros

Leading zeros can be inserted in the case of parameters.
4.9

Sign

The sign must be positioned directly before the parameter (without separator), however the
parameter can include leading zeros.

Possible command sequences are accepted:
MOVE absolute to Position 12345um:
7003012345<CR><LF>
70030 12345<CR>
70 030 12345<CR>
70 30 12345<CR>
0070 0030 0012345<CR>
70,30,12345<CR>
70,,,30,,,12345<CR>
70, 30, 12345<CR>
The following command sequences are not accepted:
00070 30 12345<CR>
If the first 5 characters are not separated they are evaluated as the unit and command
identifier.
