Lens Assembly Installation/Replacement
The COLORado™Batten 80i comes with 15° lens assembly pre-installed from the factory. However, there are 3
other optional lens kits [CL18X10, CL18X15 (installed), CL18X30].available as accessories which will alter the beam
angle. Please follow the below instructions for proper replacement/installation.

2. Plastic LED cover

Remove 1 of the side, plastic covers (black), by removing the screws that hold it in place.

After removing the side plastic cover, slide out the plastic LED cover (clear).
3.
Remove the screws that hold each of the 2 lens assemblies in place.
4.
There are screws which hold the assembly together and which prevent the individual lenses
from moving. Remove these to gain access to them.
5.
Arrange the new lens kit in the lens assembly (holder) and follow reverse steps to close the
fixture.
Warning!
When replacing the lens assembly, please make sure that the power is
disconnected from the fixture beforehand.
