8. 15. 121 - Inter-ring Timing

When the Dialer detects incoming ringing, the ringing is validated by measuring the inter-ring
timing. For example, if the standard of incoming ringing is two seconds on and four seconds
off, the inter-ring timing is the time in which a ring burst ends and another one begins. Once
the second ring burst begins, the timer is reset.
