8. 7. 108 - Dial Tone Delay Timer

This option controls the amount of time following the recognition of an off-hook condition,
when the Dialer will refuse or ignore any user dialled digits. This option can be used to avoid
false digits due to Exchange-relay bounce, etc.

This option controls what the customer will hear when they go off-hook.

8. 9. 111 - Inter-digit Time Out for Subscriber Side

The Inter-digit time out is a specified amount of time that the user is given to enter each dialled
digit (except for calls beginning with 0+ and 00+) before the Dialer will stop accepting the
digits. Each time a digit is dialled, the timer starts over again.
