8. 10. 112 - Inter-digit Time Out on 0+ (National) Calls
The Inter-digit time out is a specified amount of time that the user is given to enter each dialled
digit for calls beginning with 0 before the Dialer will stop accepting the digits. Each time a
digit is dialled after dialling 0, the timer starts over again.
