2.1 Features

The FANS381 is a fan module of the ISCOM6860 and its main features are as below:








2.2 Appearance

The FANS381 is placed on the left of the ISCOM6860. Figure 2-1 shows the appearance of
the FANS381.

Provide 6 embedded fans, offering better heat dissipation for cards in the chassis.
Provide an alarm LED and an operating status LED on the front panel. These two LEDs
monitor fan status in real time.
Separate the fan box from the chassis. Therefore, operating services are not affected
when fans are being changed.
Support intelligent speed adjustment based on temperature.
Support manually adjusting rotational speed of fans. Support 8 grades of rotational
speeds.
Support rotational speed feedback.
Support hot swapping. Adopt dual-soft start program.
