Note: From here, the process is the same as for a PIN-based product
(refer to 2.1 steps 5 to 7). The difference between PIN based and PIN-less products
is that PIN-based prints the voucher while PIN-less auto tops up the cellphone
number provided

Select a voucher from the list (e.g. 1 for R10 voucher)
Press enter to confirm amount or cancel to go back to the pre-paid
product screen
For cash payment, select 1. Cash; otherwise select 2. Payment card
Swipe or insert card or press cancel to go back to the pre-paid
product screen
The customer must enter his or her PIN
Follow steps 1 to 4 of 'instruction'
Follow steps 2 and 3 of 'airtime and data'
Select 1. PIN-less
Enter the cell number (max 10 digits) and press enter or
cancel to go back to the pre-paid products screen
Enter amount and press enter or cancel to go back
to the pre-paid products screen
