3. Cash Withdrawal
STEP 1
Press # for the transaction list and select 'cash withdrawal'
STEP 2
Enter the cashback amount and press enter
STEP 3
Enter supervisor ID and press enter
STEP 4
Enter supervisor PIN and press enter
Pass the POS device to the customer who can either insert or
STEP 5
swipe his or her card
STEP 6 If prompted, the customer must enter his or her PIN followed by enter
Once the transaction is approved, the POS device will print a customer and
STEP 7
merchant copy of the receipt
STEP 8
The POS device will return to the idle screen
Note: if the cashback limit is exceeded, you'll be prompted to enter supervisor ID and PIN
