Procedure

Assemble the VLT® OneGearDrive® to the shaft with the assembly kit.

Assemble the hollow shaft cover [3] onto the VLT® OneGearDrive® using the 3 shaft cover screws [4].
- Fasten the screws by hand.
- The tightening torque is 4.5 Nm (39.8 in-lb).

After installation, remove the eyebolt [1] and cover the hole with the plastic cap [2]. This ensures the hygienic features of a
smooth surface.
