Action
l Check the version information of the G530 V2 and
ensure that the version information meets site
requirements.
l Check for alarms about the G530 V2.
l Change the default password for the iBMC.
l Configure the iBMC IP address for the G530 V2.
Log in to the iBMC WebUI, and then log in to the G530
V2 on the Remote Control page.
The G530 V2 supports two RAID controller cards:
l LSI SAS3008: supports RAID 0 and 1.
l LSI SAS3108: supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and
60.
Configure the G530 V2 BIOS settings, including the boot
mode, BIOS password, and Preboot Execution
Environment (PXE) options for network interface cards
(NICs).
