This is the level used to evaluate whether the BERT had an
Error level
"acceptable" bit error rate.
If the BERT has a bit error rate, which exceeds this error level, the
ARGUS will display a "NO" as the test result. 
Using the keypad, you can enter a value ranging from 01 (= 10
(= 10
means that, in the event that the bit error rate is less than 10
