The HST-3000's Pass/Fail measurement mode sorts results
into four (4) areas: Over, Pass, Marginal, and Fail, as shown

Thresholds and result areas
These thresholds can defined separately for each wavelength
1310, 1490 and 1550 nm and stored in a Tolerance Mask, as
shown in

Structure of threshold masks
A default threshold mask with standard values is pre-defined
at the factory.
If you have stored specific threshold mask values, do the
following to select the threshold mask.
