2. If the Stack Wheels are at their maximum position and still trying to move outward, the Stack Wheel
limits are not set. Refer to section 7.8.5 - Stack Wheel Home.3
3. If the Stack Wheels are not at their minimum or maximum position, the Stack Wheels have become
jammed. Service and removal of the Stack Wheels Top Cover is required.

9.6.2 There is no sound coming from the Stack Wheels.

1. If the Stack Wheels can be moved by hand with little effort, refer to section 10.2.2 - Stack Wheels.
9.7

Paper is piling up between the Stack Wheels and the rollers.

1. Stack Wheel position has been manually changed. Reselecting the Paper Size or the Fold Type
will automatically recalculate the correct Stack Wheel position.
2. The paper size being folded does not match the paper size specified in the folder. Select the
correct paper length or specify custom paper length
3. The Stack Wheel limits are incorrectly set. Refer to section 7.8.5 - Stack Wheel Home.
9.8

One line of the LCD display is blank, and the other is all black.

1. The CPU on the Main Controller PCB is not programmed. Service Required.
2. The CPU on the Main Controller PCB is not functioning. Service Required. Replace Main
Controller PCB.

The folder is having feeding problems...

9.9

9.9.1 ...It's feeding intermittently.

1. Often times, this condition is preceded by an error code 101. See section 8.1, Error 101 – Feed
Error, for more

9.9.2 ...It's feeding more than one sheet at a time.

The Retarder is out of adjustment. This condition may or may not precede an error code of 111. See
section 8.11, Error 111 – Feed Error, for more information.

9.10 The fold is not square...

9.10.1 The folds are all off in the same direction.

1. The Paper Guides are not centered on the Feed Table. Readjust Paper Guides.
2. The Feed Table Skew Adjustment is incorrect. Adjust Skew of Feed Table. See section 2.5, Fold
Skew Adjustment, for more information.
3. The paper is not perfectly square.
a. Adjustment of the Feed Table Skew may correct this problem.
b. The paper itself may not be perfectly square. Trim paper before loading into Feed Table for
folding.

9.10.2 ...The folds are off in both directions.

The Paper Guides are not tight enough to the paper. Tighten Paper Guides.
