6.1 Pin assignment

The transducers are connected in accordance with the marking to sockets
1 − 3 of the distributor box. The 7 m long connection cable connects the
amplifier and the output (socket OUT) of the distributor box.
The three inputs are connected in such a way that the mean value of the three
transducers is indicated at the output. When adjusting the measurement
chain, set the average transducer sensitivity.
If the characteristic values vary greatly, use the correction network integrated
into the distributor box to adjust the sensitivity differences in such a way that
all the transducers have the sensitivity of the least sensitive transducer. Then
set the minimum sensitivity available at the amplifier.
The test reports of the three individual force transducers are included with the
system (or their calibration certificates if PTB calibration has also been
ordered for the individual transducers).
The best accuracy is achieved when a calibration report is available for the
entire system for setting up the measurement chain.
Direct measurement of a single force transducer:
Direct measurement can either take place via socket D of the distributor box
(without the correction network) or with the accompanying extension cable (5 m).
