PRIOR to use, read
and understand all
manufacturer's instructions
included with the equipment.
Inspect prior to EACH use.
Competent Person must inspect
every 6 months, and record
inspection in instruction manual
and on equipment.

Avoid all contact with hazardous
conditions including, but not limited
to, high temperatures, electrical
shock, and corrosive chemicals.

Anchor material: Steel
All connections must be
compatible with the Bull Ring
Anchor, and selected by
a Competent Person.
INSTALLATION:
Use all (6) 16d 3" length,
8 gauge nails.
--or--
Use all (3) 1/4" x 3"
steel hex head lag screws.
Fully embed all fasteners into
roof truss or support beam.
New fasteners MUST be used
for every new installation.
