CHAPTER 3 Settings and Measurement
Wireless sensor (GL100-WL: optional) setting
The wireless sensor (GL100-WL) can be connected as a remote unit by installing the optional wireless LAN
unit (B-568). For wireless LAN setting method, refer to "3.4 Setting Menus" - "(4) Interface settings".
For the GS sensor and terminal/addapter connecting to the GL100-WL, refer to the GL100 User's Manual.
For the operations after connecting the wireless unit, refer to " ***** setting" described above.
* The ***** symbols indicate the abbreviation of name (model).
When the wireless sensor is connected, the following screen (example of GL100-WL+GS-LXUV) is
displayed.
Switch the display by operating the [CH GROUP] key, and when the CH display part is indicated to the WL, it
is switched to the "Wireless sensor setting" screen".
CH display part
• WL Display: Displayed when the wireless sensor is connected.
• GS Display: Displayed when the GS sensor and termional/addapter are connected.
• RT display: Displayed when the remote terminal is connected:

The wireless sensor settings cannot be made unless the wireless sensor connection is not enabled.
Make sure that the wireless sensor to be used is in wireless LAN state by connecting the GS sensor and
terminal/adapter.
The number of units that can be connected to the GL840 as a remote unit is up to 5 including the wireless
sensors (GL100-WL) and the remote terminals (GLT400).
