7. 고장 및 대책
척 사용 중 이상발생시 아래와 같은 점을 재확인하시고
당사에 연락을 주시면 친절히 설명하여 드리겠습니다.
문제점 Nonconformity
척이 작동하지 않는다.
Chuck will not operate
마스터죠의
스트로크 부족
Insufficient
master jaw stroke
공작물이 이탈된다.
Workpiece slippage
정도불량
Poor accuracy

7. Troubleshooting

원인 Cause
척 부품이 파손되어 있다.
The inside of the chuck is broken.
습동부가 늘어붙어 있다.
Slide way seizes.
회전유압 실린더가 작동하지 않는다.
Hydraulic cylinder is not operating.
칩(Chip)이 내부에 많이 들어가 있다.
Too much sward in chuck.
드로우 파이프(Draw pipe)가 풀려
있다.
Drautube is loose.
마스터죠의 스트로크가 부족하다.
Insufficient master jaw stroke.
파악력이 부족하다.
Insufficient clamping force.
탑죠의 성형된 지름이 공작물 지름과
잘 맞지 않는다.
Formed dia. of top jaw does not
match workpiece dia.
절삭력이 지나치게 높다.
Cutting force is too high.
마스터죠 각 습동부에 기름이 없다.
Insufficient lubrication on master
jaws and each slideway.
회전수가 높다.
Speed is too high. Whirling is found
by mis-alignment such as work
feeder, steady rest, tailstock, etc.
척 외주가 흔들리고 있다.
Periphery of chuck is run out.
If the chuck malfunctions, stop the lather and try the
following countermeasures.
대책 Action
분해 후 교환한다.
Disassemble and replace part.
분해 후 늘어붙은 부위를 제거 수정 및
교환한다.
Disassemble and repair damaged
part with oilstone or replace it.
유압계통을 조사한다.
Check that pressure reduction valve,
change over valve and horse system
are correct.
분해 청소를 한다.
Disassemble and clean.
드로우 파이프(Draw pipe)를 제대로 결
합한다.
Remove and retighten it.
공작물을 파악할 때 마스터죠가 스트로
크의 중앙 부근에 있도록 한다.
Position master jaw so that it is in
stroke center when workpiece is
gripped.
설정유압으로 되어 있는지 확인한다.
Check that hydraulic pressure ad-
equately set.
정확한 성형방법에 기초해서 재성형
한다.
Reform top jaw according to correct
method.
절삭력을 계산하고 척의 사양에 맞는지
를 확인한다.
Calcuate cutting force and reduce it
up to chuck specifications.
그리스 니플(grease nipple)에 급유를
행하고 공작물을 파악하지 않은채 죠의
개폐를 수회 반복한다.
Lubricate from grease nippleand grip
and grip again jaws without work-
piece in chuck.
필요한 파악력을 얻을 수 있는 회전수까
지 회전수를 낮춘다.
Reduce speed up to necessary
gripping force.
Secure alignment to eliminate whirl-
ing.
외주 및 단면 흔들림을 확인하고 척을
장착한다.
Tighten chuck bolts correctly.
