4. 소프트 죠의 성형

주 의
소프트 죠의 성형(외경 파악의 경우, 내경 파악의 경우,
고파악 정도가 필요한 경우)은 아래의 요령으로 행해 주
십시오.
외경파악의 경우 / External gripping
성형용 플러그(PLUG)를 준비
합니다.
플러그의 외경치수는 성형부의
치수에 다라 다르기 때문에 미리
외경치수가 다른 여러가지 플러
그를 준비해 놓으면 편리합니다.
플러그의 외경정도는 6S이하를
사용해 주십시오. 뒤틀림이 없고
정확한 정도의 두께를 가진 플러
그를 사용해 주십시오.

the different sizes of outer dia

in advance. For D.accuracy

ing wall thickness of a certain

Open the master jaw fully by
operating the valve.
Next, set Ød dimension to
grip around the middle of the
maximom jaw stroke.

4. Forming of soft jaws

The following table describes the procedures to form
soft jaws for external gripping, internal gripping and
high accuracy gripping.
내경파악의 경우 / Internal gripping
성형용 링(Ring)을 준비합니다.
링의 내경도는 6S 이하를 사용해
주십시오. 뒤틀림이 없고 정확한
정도의 두께를 가진 링을 사용
해 주십시오.

Prepare for the ring for forming
For I.D.accuracy of the ring use
6S or less. Use the ring with no
warping and having wall thick-
ness of a certain extent.
방향전환 밸브를 조직해서 마스
터 죠를 최대로 좁힙니다.
Ød부 성형용 링을 파악할 부분
을 성형합니다. Ød부 치수는 성
형링 보다 파악시 죠 스트로크
양만큼 작게 합니다.
Ød≒Ød+
Close the master jaw as far as
it will go by operating the valve.
Next, set Ød dimension to
grip around the middle of the
maximom jaw stroke.
Ring dia : Ød ØD ≒ Ød-
