고속회전 사용시 주의
허용최고 회전속도는 척이소재를 파악한 상태에서의 불균
형량 GIO(JIS B0905) 이내에서의 사양입니다.
소재의 불균형량이 클 경우에는 파악력 특성이 저하될
뿐 아니라 척의 수명도 단축시키므로 불균형 형량의 보
정을 행하든지 도는 회전수를 낮게 하여 절삭 조건을 맞
춰주십시오.
고속 회전시 중절삭에는 소재의 불균형 및 진동을 발생시
키기 쉽기 때문에 회전중의 파악력과 기계 강성에 맞도록
적당하게 절삭조건을 설정하여 주십시오.
또한 동일 유압원에서 다른 유압기구를 작동할 때 절삭중
에 척 실린더의 압력이 저하되지 않도록 확인하여 주십시
오. 이전 위험한 작업을 할 때에는 항상 기계적으로 충분
한 보강을 하여 주십시오.
회전수의 상승에 따라 죠의 원심력이 발생하여 파악력
이 저하됩니다. 도표에서의 곡선은 표준 소프트죠를 표
시하였습니다.
탑죠의 크기, 형태, 부착 위치에 따라 크게 다르며 회전속
도가 높을 경우는 파악력 게이지에 따라 실제 검사가 필
요합니다.

Precautions on high speed revolution
The maxim allowable speed is according to the speci-
fication when the balance quality is within GUI(ISO1940)
with the work clamped in the chuck.
If the work is remarkably unbalanced, a chuck-
ing character is reduced, a chuck life is remarkably
reduced and it may be broke. Therefore, correct the
unbalance or reduce the chuck revolution.
Because the heavy cutting on the high revolution is apt
to vibrate as well as the work unbalance, set the cut-
ting condition suited to the chucking force of machine
rigidity during revolution.
When other actuators are operated with the same
hydraulic pressure, confirm that the chuck cylinder
pressure dose not reduce while cuttind.
Always use sufficient mechanical guarding against this
danger.
Centrifugal force which acts on jaws occurs by in-
creasing chuck rotation, thus reducing gripping force.
The diagram shows data using the standard soft jaw.
The gripping force is varied by the size, shape and
position of top jaw. Consequently, if chuck speed is
high, it is necessary to measure with SAMCHULLY
jaw force tester.
