Part 5. Troubleshooting:

The device is not working, no light, the fan is not running:
Check the mains connection and the main fuse.
No reaction to the DMX controller:
Check the DMX connections and cables for correct connection. Check the address settings and DMX polarity. Check
whether the DMX cables are near or next to high-voltage cables. Try another DMX controller.
Possible disruptions in data transmission
NOTE!
To ensure trouble-free operation, use special DMX cables and not normal microphone
cables.
All repairs should be carried out by a qualified technician!

Part 6: Maintenance:

Cleaning and maintenance:
It is imperative that you clean the projector periodically.
Disconnect the device from the mains before performing maintenance work!
The LED lenses should be cleaned weekly, as fog fluid residues settle very quickly, which significantly reduce the
luminosity of the device.
Clean the fan monthly.
Use a lint-free, damp cloth for cleaning. Under no circumstances use alcohol or any solvents for cleaning!
In order for the bearings of the rotating parts to function properly, they must be lubricated every 6 months. A syringe
with a fine needle should be used for oiling. The amount of oil must not be excessive to prevent the oil from leaking
while rotating. Never bring optical components into contact with greases or oils!
Maintenance and service work is reserved for authorized dealers only!
