DB-ADR : (OperatingMode.ScanMode.DataSource.FirstDataBlock)
Address of first data block. Range: 0x0000...0xFFFF.

D-START: (OperatingMode.ScanMode.DataSource.FirstByte)
This parameter defines the first byte in the raw data (defined by DB-ADR and D-LGT),
which will be transferred in Scan-Mode. To transfer the whole data block D-START must be
set to 0.
Note:
The size of one data block depends on the type of Transponder.
