Attaching and removing the side trim

The chassis trim can be removed for maintenance / servicing or cleaning.
To attach and remove the side trim, proceed as follows:
> Loosen and unscrew the knurled screws .
> Remove the rear trim.

> Lift up the rear side trim.
> Disconnect the cable for the front headlights and direction indicator
 at the coupling.
> Remove the side trim towards the front.
> Attachment is in the reverse order.

Note the presence of the plastic shims. These protect the
chassis components from damage.
