Configures notification addresses. Index is a number
between 1 and 5 includes. Full E-mail address is a
fully qualified Internet E-mail address, not more than 128
characters long. Warning level can be All, Warning,
Critical or None. None means no E-mails are sent;
Critical means only critical severity events prompt an E-
mail; Warning means only warnings and critical events
precipitate E-mail, and All means all warnings, critical
events and informational messages warrant an E-mail.
