Replace diaphragms
1. Fold the diaphragm up at
the sides.
3. Use the secured di-
aphragm wrench to un-
screw the assembly.
Cleaning and maintenance
2. Carefully position the di-

4. Lift the diaphragm, along
with all the parts, out of
the vacuum pump.
