4. Close the hose nozzle of

the chiller and carefully

turn the pumping unit up-

side down.

6. Undo the screws, hex key

size 3

Clean the sensor

1. Use a pipette to fill a small

amount of solvent,

e.g., benzene, into the

openings.

3. Repeat until the solvent is free from contaminants.

4. Let the interior of the sensor air dry or dry under vacuum.

Cleaning and maintenance

5. Open the union nut on the

sensor, open-end wrench

SW17, and pull off the

molded hose.

7. Disconnect the

VACUU·BUS connector at

the bottom and remove

the sensor.

2. Leave the solvent to act

for a few minutes before

pouring it off.
