7.3.2 Change the diaphragms and valves

Preparation
1. Switch the pumping unit
off and unplug the power
plug.
3. Unscrew the screws from
the counterhold;
Torx screwdriver TX10.
Cleaning and maintenance
2. Remove the glass flasks
and connected hoses
(coolant, vacuum).
4. Remove the counterhold
and set it aside with the
screws.
