Avaya Connect Expansion Module usage
Before you begin
Connect the Expansion Module application to your Avaya Vantage
Procedure
On the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application, tap the feature button you want to access,
enable, or disable.
You might need to perform additional steps to enable certain features. For example, to enable call
forwarding, you must enter the extension to which you want incoming calls forwarded.
Result
The color indicator for the feature button turns:
• Green (
• Red (
) to indicate that the feature is disabled.

Making a priority call

About this task
You can make a priority call from your Avaya Vantage
button on the connected Expansion Module application. You can only make a priority call to an
internal extension.
Procedure
1. Navigate to the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application.
2. Tap the Priority call button.
3. Enter the extension you want to call and tap Enter.

Parking a call

About this task
Use this procedure to park an active call on your device using the feature button on the connected
Avaya Connect Expansion Module application. You can pick up a parked call from another device
within your communication network. For example, you can answer a call on your Avaya Vantage
device, park the call, and then retrieve the call from another extension in a conference room.
The call park feature is only available in an Avaya Aura
Procedure
1. Navigate to the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application.
2. Tap the Call park button.
The feature button indicator turns green to indicate that the call is parked.
