Retrieving a parked call
About this task
Use this procedure to pick up a parked call using the feature button on the connected Avaya
Connect Expansion Module application.
The call unpark feature is only available in an Avaya Aura
Procedure
1. Navigate to the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application.
2. Tap the Call unpark button and enter the extension number that is holding the parked call.
The call resumes on Avaya Vantage
Forwarding all calls
About this task
Use this procedure if you want all calls to be forwarded to another extension of your choice.
Procedure
1. Navigate to the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application.
2. Tap the Forward all calls button.
3. Enter the extension number to which you want to forward incoming calls.
4. Tap Enter.
The feature button indicator turns green to indicate that call forwarding is enabled.
Forwarding calls when you are busy or do not answer
About this task
You can choose to forward incoming calls to another extension when:
• Your line is busy
• You are not available to answer the call
Procedure
1. Navigate to the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application.
2. Tap the Forward busy no answer calls button.
3. Enter the extension number to which you want to forward calls.
4. Tap Enter.
