2.3 Handling

2.3.1 Receiving inspection
Check the delivery for damage and completeness on the basis of the delivery note!
2.3.2 For damages
Devices from REA Elektronik GmbH are carefully checked and packed prior to dispatch, however
damage during transport cannot be ruled out.
If the delivery is damaged:
Contact the last carrier immediately!
Keep the packaging (for any later inspections by the
carrier or for return shipment).
2.3.3 Packaging for return shipment
For shipping only use the original packaging and the original packaging material that the device
was originally delivered with. If you no longer have either, you can request a new packaging kit
from REA Elektronik GmbH.
