Management link with a MAP access
point is operational.
MAP access point is booting with an image
received from the WX switch.
If the LED remains in this state indefinitely,
the boot or configuration attempt has
failed.
PoE is on but no MAP access point is
connected to the link.
MAP is not connected or is unresponsive,
or there is a PoE problem.
Port is not configured as a MAP access
port, or PoE is off.
