Configure the same Distributed MAP on each of the WX switches you
want to use to manage the MAP access point associated with the
Distributed MAP. Make sure to use the same Distributed MAP number
and serial ID on each WX switch. To display configuration information for
all Distributed MAPs configured in the Mobility Domain, use the following
command:
display dap global [dap-num | serial-id serial-ID]
The following command lists configuration information for the
Distributed MAPs in Figure 7 on page 38:

This example assumes that each WX switch in Figure 7 is configured with
a Distributed MAP connection (DAP) for each MAP that is not directly
connected to the WX switch. The MAPs that are directly connected to
10.10.10.4 (WX1) are not configured as Distributed MAPs on WX1, but
they are configured as Distributed MAPs on the other WX switches. On
WX1, the directly connected MAPs are configured using MAP access
ports, with the set port type ap command.
A DAP number is listed only for Distributed MAPs that are configured on
the WX switch on which you type the command. For Distributed MAPs
configured on other WX switches, a hyphen ( - ) is displayed in the DAP
field.
The bias determines the WX switch a Distributed MAP prefers for
booting, configuration, and data transfer. (For information about bias
