Receives a new library ROM into the TPA area.
This command is useful
if you download a new library from our Bulletin
Board to your computer. When
you have sent the file to S4 you can make a new
LIBRARY ROM with MAKELIB.
Your SETUP must be INTEL format for this
command to work.
