Operation

DS1000 Release Notes
When 1003-Tandem Trunking is disabled, the system will immediately route a trunk ringing an
OPX Call Forwarded extension to Key Ring. It will not attempt to reroute the call.
1702-Personal Speed Dial
You can optionally enter Personal Speed Dial numbers from the system program. The Personal
Speed Dial number you enter for Off Premise Call Forwarding must contain a trunk or trunk group
route. You cannot select Intercom Speed Dials for Off Premise Call Forwarding.
1801-Extension Class of Service
Assign Class of Service to extensions.
1802-Speed Dial Block
Assign a Speed Dial block (1-62) to an extension. If the extension does not have a block assigned,
it cannot use Off Premise Call Forwarding. If the extension does not have a Speed Dial block
assigned, the Call Forwarding Off Premise option is not available (i.e., is hidden on the display).
Note: Also see Call Forwarding in the Enhanced Features section for information on the new Call
Fowarding key. This key significantly simplifies Call Fowarding feature operation.
