(3) J3 and J4 axis origin setting

Always perform origin setting of the J3 axis and the J4 axis simultaneously.

When the brake is released, the J3 axis falls by its own weight.
To ensure safety, take appropriate measures such as supporting the axis to avoid
the free fall.
If [F1] key or enable switch of T/B is released, the brakes will be work immediately.
1) Press the [4] key on the menu screen, and
display the Origin/Break selection screen.
2) Press the [2] key, and display the Break
release selection screen.
3) Release the brake of the J3 axis for RH-
3CRH.
Input "1" into the J3 axis. Set "0" to other
axes.
Release the brake of the J3 axis and J4 axis
for RH-6CRH.
4) Confirm the axis for which the brakes are to
be released.
SPACE
5) Pressing the [F1] key is kept with the
enabling switch of T/B pressed down. The
brake is released while pressing the key.
Note) To prevent sudden fall of the J3 axis,
release and lock the brake of the
following axis repeatedly at intervals of
about 200 ms. (Intermittent releasing of
the brake)
6) With both hands, slowly move the J3 axis in +
(plus) direction , and contact the axis against
the mechanical stopper.
