You can deploy Polycom Pano devices in several ways:
Single network using Ethernet as the network connection
Single network using Wi-Fi as the network connection
Dedicated content VLAN
Dual network connections (Ethernet and Wi-Fi) on a single Pano device
Dual Pano devices
General Notes
Some things to note about your Pano device deployment:
You can make variations of these deployment models to better fit your existing Polycom solution.
You may also need to make additional network modifications or configurations to meet your network
and security requirements.
You can set different levels of trust on your network, for example, to separate internal and guest
users. Work with your IT administrator to ensure your configuration meets your organization's
security requirements.
The Pano device isn't designed to allow traffic between the interfaces and can't be configured to do
so.
The Pano device isn't a firewall device.
The Pano device doesn't have reporting mechanisms.

Notes on Wi-Fi Network

To connect to and share content over a Wi-Fi connection, your Wi-Fi network must meet the following
requirements:
Allow client-to-client communications or provide the ability to whitelist specific devices. That is,
ensure no client isolation.
Must not require the use of a captive portal or can provide the ability to whitelist specific devices.
Set enough DHCP lease time and Wi-Fi session timeouts to minimize possible disruption of
Miracast.
