Cause
A limit value for asymmetry has been exceeded.
Asymmetry can cause an overload.
Loss of phase.
Fault in the motor windings.
The motor feeder has been overloaded.
The motor temperature rise has exceeded a
limit.
The temperature of the motor is too high.
A short circuit has occurred in the temperature
sensor cable.
A wire has broken in the sensor cable of the
temperature sensor.
The ground-fault monitoring has responded. An
impermissibly high residual current is flowing.
Data necessary for device start-up are missing.
The current has exceeded a limit.
The current has undershot a limit.
The active power of the motor has exceeded a
limit value.
The active power of the motor has undershot a
limit value.
The module has disconnected the actuator. An
additional diagnostic message will be displayed to
provide you with more detailed information about
the cause.
The permissible number of starting operations in
the monitoring period has been exceeded.
Irrecoverable error detected following
self-diagnostics (self-test, contactor contacts,
switching element, etc.).
Bypass defective
The error can also be generated by
successive, brief interruptions of the control
supply voltage.
Power semiconductor defective
The fault is also generated if the defective
switching element (bypass or power
semiconductor) cannot be accurately
identified.
Switching element (switching contact, power
semiconductor) too hot.
The supply voltage is below the permissible
value.
