3-3 Rotor

- Wipe the motor shaft and hole of rotor with fabric before installation
- As tighten rotor with motor shaft, temp. of rotor & motor should be
10~30℃
- Put rotor on the motor shaft tighten clockwise with hexagonal wrench
In the case of release screw wrench to the counter direction
1) Weight loading on rotor
- Put tubes symmetrically on rotor, only recommended tubes are workable.
- The weight difference between sample tubes must be minimized to
diminish noise and extend durability
- Locate tubes of same type for the stability of Centrifuge
-
* Use only rotor/tube/adapter recommended by the manufacturer
* Check the proper tube-rack insert and smooth motion
* Don't use the eroded motor of visibly mechanical failure
2) Tube arrangement
Same volume of sample must be put in tubes after precise measuring and
arrange the symmetrical insert to rotor. In the case of difference per each
symmetrically arranged samples heavy vibration occurs, which may
damage the shaft.
Despite the same q'nty of tubes the location of tubes may be
dissymmetrical. Adapters' tube location facing each other also must be
checked the proper location. In the case of dissymmetrical location caused
by the variation of tube q'nty newly added tube may make the
equilibrium.
Use a scale to minimize the weight difference of sample tubes.
