Installation of the Wall Tube
Please refer to the planning documents and the information in the chapter
"Assembly" on page 12 for installation of the wall tube.
Install the wall tube dependent on the installation conditions as per the following
sketches.

The figure shows a view of the flange looking from the process
to the filter. The arrow indicates the flow direction of the
process gas.
Select the installation position of the wall tube, so that the holes
are located in the position shown here.
