TTL-automatic
setting
P
At a fixed aperture of 5.6, the ambient
(in darkness)
brightness is taken into account by sel-
ecting an appropriate shutter speed
value (up to the "free hand limit" of the
focal length being used = 1/focal length
[with ROM lenses, see p. 164]). The flash
is TTL controlled as the main light.
P
The ambient brightness is taken into
account by selecting appropriate apertu-
(in regular
light
re and shutter speed values (up to the
conditions)
"free hand limit" of the focal length
being used = 1/focal length [with ROM
lenses, see p.164]). First, only the aper-
ture is enlarged. As of the full stop, slow-
er shutter speeds are selected. The flash
is only used as a fill-in with an auto-
matically reduced performance (-1 2/3
EV). Alternatively, manual flash exposure
compensation (+3 1/3 EV) is possible.
P
Since a flash would cause overexposure
(in extreme
with 1/250s in this light, the flash is
brightness)
not released. The camera works with the
regular automatic program mode.
