Weld log
(See attached images A7, A32 and A33)
Pressing on the
icon accesses the weld log.
The last 10,000 welds performed are stored.
You can scroll through the list by pressing buttons (1)
and (2).
Button (3) displays various values measured for each
weld:
• welding current (kA) / welding time (ms) / Electrode
force (daN)
• energy (J) – resistance (uW) – sheet thickness (mm)
• electrode scheduled maintenance status (Caps%)
/ work factor (Th%) / relative current adjustment
value (RO%).
For each weld, the information to identify it is stored.
Pressing the icon (4) allows you to set filters to facilitate
the search for the desired weld.
Show only welds made from the
set date.
Show only welds made up to the
set date.
Search for welds by job name.
If a USB flash drive is plugged into the machine, icon
(5) appears, which allows you to make a copy of the
weld log.
The log will be saved in a file named "export-XXXX.txt",
with XXXX being the serial number of the machine.
Reports can be created of the work performed through
special PC software.

Alarm list
• NO GUN
No gun is connected to the machine.
• GUN NOT RECOGNISED
The check was unable to recognise the gun
connected.
Check the connections of the gun to the machine.
• NO SHEETS
During the weld, the check did not identify the
presence of metal sheets between the electrodes.
• WELD INTERRUPTED
The cycle start button on the gun was released
before the weld was completed, causing the
interruption.
• NO CURRENT CIRCOLATION
No current was circulating during the last weld.
Check the condition of the plates and the electrodes.
• OVERHEATING
The gun's internal thermostat has tripped. Allow
the machine to cool down.
• QUALITY ALERT
Weld quality critical.
• PRESSURE ERROR
The air pressure is insufficient to perform the
welding.
• CALIBRATION ERROR
An error has occurred in the execution of the
calibration procedure due to excessively dirty
electrodes or the presence of sheets between the
electrodes. The calibration must be performed
without sheets between the electrodes.
• ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
