Recommended action
For pneumatic connection module with pressure reducer:
− Unscrew the screw plug out of the pressure reducer.
− Screw in a quick connector with M4 male thread (order no.
0230-1679).
− Connect a pressure gauge with a 2x1 mm hose.
The output pressure of the pressure reducer must be between 1.8
and 2.0 bar (pilot supply pressure between 2.2 and 6.0 bar)
For pneumatic connection module without pressure reducer:
Connect a pressure gauge using a tee at the pilot supply port 8.
The pilot supply pressure must be 2.2 bar ±10 %.
Solenoid pilot valve with electric status indication:
When a nominal electric signal is connected, the yellow LED is
constantly illuminated when the circuit is not interrupted.
Solenoid pilot valve without electric status indication:
Measure the nominal voltage U
tacts of the connector (single connector or multi-pole connector)
or at the terminals (common cable).
Refer to the table below for the nominal voltage U
