B.5 Boiler File
The boiler file is a Data file format with three structure elements (ELEVATION, TUBE, and POINT); especially for inspecting boilers and
other structures with two identifying levels.
Each elevation must be given a name by the user. Each elevation will have the same number of points as set by the user when the file is
created.
