4.6 Other common faults and treatment methods

Fault Description
Cannot be started normally.
Cannot be charged properly.
Normal curve cannot be
measured
The test curve has big burrs,
waveform unevenness.
Saturation (flat top)
Causes
The battery has run down.
The use environment does not meet the
charging conditions.
Battery contact is poor.
Battery or internal circuit problems.
Parameters setting are incorrect.
The output connector is polluted.
The output connector is damaged.
Optical output connectors do not match.
The output connector is incorrect.
Pulse width setting is too small.
Pulse width setting is too large.
Charge the battery and observe the switch key
lamp. If the red light is displayed, continue
charging. Otherwise, contact the supplier.
Charging environment is 0℃～50℃.
Open the battery bin cover and check whether
the battery contacts are off.
Replace the battery.
Reset the correct test parameters.
Clean optical output connector.
Replacement of output connector.
Replace the matched connector, the locating pin
of jumper joint should be aligned with the
flange notch and tightened.
Reconnect the appropriate output interface.
Increase the test pulse width.
Reduce the test pulse width.
